Lester B. & Clarice King—Creating Scholarships Forever

Seeing young people succeed in life meant everything to Lester Barrett King and his wife, Clarice Whitehill King. Now the Kings are giving more Kansas youth a chance to obtain their career goals by funding a multi-million dollar trust through the Kansas Masonic Foundation.

A 71-year mason, Lester wanted an organization to handle the trust that understands and embodies the values and charitable principles like his fraternity. He said, “As masons, we subscribe to brotherhood, relief, and truth as our guiding principles; and Clarice and I feel that the Kansas Masonic Foundation will be a good steward of our trust.”
